  • Plan, manage and evaluate logistics operations liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers to create a streamlined operation whilst optimising costs

  • Implement best practice logistics practices, policies and processes across the organisation to improve operational performance

  • Carry out 3PL tenders and manage existing SLA's to ensure the maximum benefits for the organisation

  • Ensure that delivery standards remain within company and customer expectation

  • Interpret trends, analyse and review data. Provide meaningful logistics data to other stakeholders in the organisation to aid customer service and cost improvements


  • Proven strong Management of staff & stakeholders that have maximised performance and morale

  • Proven analytical, problem solving and organisational skills such as - strong planning skills with the ability to handle multiple projects through to completion and to manage competing priorities

  • Commercial and financial acumen with a strong understanding of how failure can impact the business negatively, and identify quickly & resourcefully a solution if and ever required

  • Lean mindset ideally with SixSigma and Kaizen exposure

  • Relevant Supply Chain/Logistics/engineering degree is preferred. Prior experience of at least 5 years working in logistics/supply chain/transportation function within the FMCG or manufacturing environment with a comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes and procedures

  • Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including knowledge and understanding of specialist systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS)
