About the role
With 5 direct reports and a wider team of 20, this high-profile role will lead the Loyalty and Partnerships programme to deliver a "best in class" Loyalty programme to maximise customer lifetime value and improve customer retention. You will define and develop the strategy, build the loyalty and partnerships proposition, and drive go to market execution to ensure Customer Experience and Brand alignment across all events of the customer lifecycle.
You will manage all Commercial arrangements, Partner relationships and activities, and this will require continuous innovation to ensure customer and partner engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams to align and optimise the loyalty programme features, you will leverage technology, platforms and channels to deliver on the strategy and drive programme effectiveness.
This role is not about building a traditional rewards programme. It is essential you are a deep expert in Loyalty strategy development and can demonstrate how you have shaped and executed a Loyalty Programme from ideation to implementation, achieving commercial results. You will bring to the role your strong digital experience and technical knowledge, with an appreciation for platforms, app integration and data to enhance a loyalty programme.
Working with ambiguity, analysing complex data to draw business insights will be a key strength. You are a proven influencer and collaborator with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with a natural flair for getting buy-in to drive outcomes.
