This Blue Chip FMCG business is going through an exciting period of growth and investment, and continues to drive aggressive growth strategies within Australia. They are currently delivering several new programs & incentives across their manufacturing footprint and now require a new Maintenance & Relaibility Manager.

Job Description

Reporting to the National Manager the main focus of this role is to implement and overhaul the existing maintenance and reliability programs on site. This will include:

  • Manage direct reports are achieving the preventative maintenance plan
  • Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team that works over 3 shifts
  • Set and achieve KPI's through planning, scheduling and execution of maintenance activities
  • Drive continuous improvement plan
  • Develop the annual Maintenance budget
  • Develop a strategic approach to Reliability

Skills and experience

  • Trade or tertiary qualifications in Engineering
  • 5 years minium experience leading and developing teams
  • FMCG industry experince
  • A positive and engaging leadership style, aligned with strong communication skills
