About the role

With 5 direct reports and a wider team of 20, this pivotal leadership role will see you lead the Consumer Marketing programme across the full customer lifecycle, ensuring you have the structure and capability to deliver on commercial and customer growth targets. You will develop compelling lifecycle strategies that drive growth, build engagement with existing customers, encourage digital adoption and drive customer advocacy.

This role is both highly strategic and creative, and you will use your strong creative judgement and visual excellence to drive creative capability, working with internal teams and creative agencies to deliver best in class creative campaign execution. You will find inventive ways to improve performance and evolve marketing personalisation and automation capability.

About you

This is a high-profile leadership role and imperative to your success will be your ability to identify strategic growth opportunities. You will bring to the role your deep experience developing and executing customer lifecycle marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of digital marketing, tech, automation and personalisation. With a strong creative eye and specific strengths in broadcast advertising and digital experience, you know what good looks like, understand marketing effectiveness and how to get the best out of your external partners.

You are a natural leader with proven experience building high performing, engaged and collaborative teams. You are highly commercial, comfortable with change and proactively engage stakeholders, working cross-functionally to drive outcomes.
