About the Role

As Manager of HSE Systems and Reporting, you will be passionate about reporting, implementing and developing WHSMS tools for the business, and being part of a highly functional team. Reporting to the National Manager - HSE, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Implementation of appropriate tools and systems in support of the WHSMS as part of an integrated management system in line with relevant HSE standards
  • Maintaining system inputs including user and user access and system parameters; maintaining role/position-based permissions and access structure for users in line with Information Technology policy
  • Maintaining up to date escalation matrix and lines of reporting within the system.
  • Developing and maintaining system procedural documents and manuals related to the structure and functions of the HSE systems and tools.
  • Developing system training materials.
  • Advising the National Manager HSE regarding system capability, operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Your ideal experience will be:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role producing reporting based on ISO programs of work
  • Sound conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills obtained in a result driven and client focused environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to problem solve with a high attention to detail and work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst successfully building relationships at all levels, with a calm friendly manner
  • Strong knowledge of reporting techniques and practices including the ability to create meaningful and well-presented reports. Implementing and maintaining HSE systems - ReadiNow, Tableau and SmartSheet. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, MS Forms, MS Flow critical.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business and/or HR, with Cert IV in Work, Health and Safety essential
