ABOUT THE ROLE
- Determine root cause failure of existing products and implement corrective actions
- Oversee the manufacturing process for new products
- Mechanical design with CAD software
- Manage new machine and process implementations from concept to commissioning
- Work closely with the quality and design engineer
- Be onsite at the factory every 2 months (international travel required)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's Degree of Engineering or higher
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience in implementing quality improvements
- Experience supporting new product introduction
- Any experience with SolidWorks or similar would be desirable

- Salary package $82,125.00 - $93,075.00 (incl. super) commensurate with experience
