About the role

Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with the wider business on understanding marketing conditions, trends and opportunities to deliver insights that are used to drive business growth. You will be the lead for all data and insights management, where you will seek to understand customer behaviours, buying habits and needs, whilst also tracking sales and product performance to deliver forecast trends and reports. You will also analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions whilst also completing weekly / monthly reporting back to the business.

Skills & experience

Success in this role will come from sales or marketing experience specifically within research, data and / or financial performance. Ideally degree qualified, you analytical capability accompanied with your financial acumen will be outstanding, and you will be an excel whiz! You will have strong written and verbal communications skills accompanied with an ability to multi task well.
