Now enjoying a positive period of digitally led transformation, this business is looking for someone to join the collaborative, close-knit and high performing marketing team as a Marketing and Communications Specialist.

About the role
In this hands-on role as the Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for a range of initiatives including external communications, developing partnerships, delivering events and managing bespoke lead generation focused campaigns. Underpinning your marketing skills will be your proven strategic communications and brand experience in a B2B environment. You will work cross functionally to develop strategies to leverage comprehensive research reports into user-friendly and relevant communications with the ultimate aim of driving brand awareness, consideration and lead generation. With a keen commercial eye, you will be scouring the market for relevant associations and partnerships to leverage, and look for mutually beneficially relationships. With campaign delivery within this role's remit, you will be charged with building out the strategy and executing on various outbound, unique campaigns highly tailored to the client.

Skills and Experience
You are degree qualified, digitally savvy marketer with 3+ years experience. You have demonstrated skills in the B2B landscape, and have a proven track record in delivering flawless external facing activities including communications and events. As a sound writer, you will have a track record on delivering communications which actively engage and ultimately move clients further into the sales pipeline (including white papers, thought leadership series, campaigns and company presentations). Experience in Eloqua is highly favourable. You are proactive, intuitive and a fast learner. You know how to hustle, you are comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders and you know to get the job done.
