About the role

This is a unique, dual focussed role which will see you leading a team across Digital sales and Marketing. As a newly created role you will be establishing a structure aligned to the company strategy, exceeding customer expectations, delivering on industry partnerships and focused on market share and targeted sales and revenue growth.


What will I be doing

  • Planning and execution of marketing activities across Australia.
  • Developing and maintaining key industry and stakeholder relationships.
  • Executing strategy across ANZ from a global HO.
  • Digital Sales and Marketing Team Leadership.
  • Customer journey and mapping, looking at data insights and analytics.

What skills can I bring?

  • 6 + experience in both Marketing & Digital Sales roles.
  • Proven experience with developing, managing and growing a successful team.
  • Demonstrable results in achieving digital sales targets.
  • A clear understanding of digital marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Successful campaign management that delivers on ROI.
  • Commercially and operationally confident.
