Our client is a global player in the apparel space, who captures consumers of all ages. They are focused on driving innovation and engaging with their consumers in an authentic way. The is currently an opportunity to join their team in newly creating role supporting the Marketing team.

Primary Purpose
Assisting the Marketing Manager, you will be key in driving marketing functions focused on operational key metrics and ROI reporting, owning the digital and social media platforms to drive consumer engagement, brand loyalty and market share as well as assisting the marketing manager on events and PR functions when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns towards interactive engagement of consumers
  • Overseeing the spend efficiency reporting for ANZ markets
  • Set up of purchase orders and new vendors in SAP
  • Drive brand awareness and customer loyalty via digital and social media marketing
  • Digital outreach with other businesses or partnerships to drive brand market share
  • Support analytics and reporting in market research data, marketing campaign budget, value and ROI
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors, including issue management and influencing roadmaps
  • Detailed knowledge of current and emerging marketing and analytics technologies and product development lifecycles
  • Project manage business implementation of new features and products
  • The ability to report on ROI of digital investment
  • Manage all owned social media channels

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing or brand management in retail or consumer goods or agency sector
  • Bachelor degree qualified in Business or Marketing related field preferred
  • High energy multi tasker, with a can do attitude and a passion for the brand
  • Experience in the implementation of digital strategy and digital campaign roll outs
  • Excellent knowledge across social media platforms, strategy, best practice and execution
  • Highly numerate, with strong commercial sensibility and analytically minded
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and budget management skills
  • Copy writing skills
  • SAP experience desirable
