About the role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, this key role will be responsible for the ongoing development, execution and optimisation of the customer lifecycle strategy to drive improved customer engagement and retention through product utilisation and cross/upsell opportunities. A key focus of this role will also be developing strategic go-to-market lead generation and nurturing campaigns to target and effectively engage customers across new markets. As a strong technical marketer, you will have a depth of experience across sophisticated customer segmentation, solving customer pain points, and ultimately be able to effectively seek opportunities to create a loyal customer base and then report on this. You have outstanding stakeholder management skills, and will be working with the broader global marketing team to deliver engaging campaigns that support the customer.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy marketer with experience across the B2B landscape - ideally within managed services, aviation, construction, engineering, mining, transportation or environmental services. With deep experience in launching go-to-market plans and new products to market, you have multi-channel experience and love utilising customer insights to drive strategic outcomes. You have a proven track record in developing creative content for campaigns (including eDMs, landing pages, events) and are well versed in optimising all digital activity to improve ROI. You have strong stakeholder management skills - you are at ease presenting to senior executives, working closely with your sales colleagues, or engaging with an external agency. Salesforce and Pardot experience highly advantageous.
