About the role

Reporting into the Executive Manager (Marketing & Communications), this role works across the institute's primary and sister brands and is responsible for developing, implementing and optimising key marketing campaigns in line with the overall marketing strategy and corporate plan. Accountable for paid advertising campaigns and industry partnerships, this role also provides oversight of PR, social media and content development over the institution's brands and will provide expert marketing advice across the business.

As part of a small marketing team in an agile and growing business, this role requires both strategic big-picture thinking and capable hands-on delivery. The Marketing Campaigns Manager will look after a small team that is responsible for marketing and communications and outbound partner engagement.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary degree in Marketing or a related field;
  • Demonstrated experience in Marketing and/or Communications;
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and quick to pick up other marketing tools and platforms;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial value and increase leads and sales through strategic marketing and communications activities;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate creative concepts effectively to all stakeholders;
  • Digital advertising experience preferred; and
  • Experience managing industry relationships or partnerships desirable.
