With significant growth on their tail and a Sydney HQ, they are always looking to grow and further expand on its already impressive achievements. Due to an upcoming maternity leave the company is looking for a dynamic, and enthusiastic candidate who is passionate about the 360 facets of marketing.
About the role
Reporting directly into the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will have a busy and varied role within a team of 4, This is a 12month contract position that will see you expand your marketing knowledge across all facets. You will drive the implementation of the ANZ marketing and communications strategy, whilst supporting 3 senior team members. You will be the project lead executing online and offline campaigns, management of vendor & agencies to delivery enticing marketing collateral and oversee the social media and digital content. You will have a strong marketing functions working cross-functionally across the domestic and global teams, therefore must be open to working outside of hours on occasion for brand meetings.
This role will ideally be suited to a highly organised individual with 1 -2 years' experience working in a fast-paced product business. You may have a good understanding of B2B marketing as well as retail and online channels. You will gain great exposure to key stakeholders in a global business, whilst working with a suite of brands & products. You will be a part of a vibrant and high performing team looking to drive a new way of thinking and approach to innovation and service.
Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years' experience in a marketing coordinator/executive role within business-to-business
- Degree or equivalent in marketing or business-related disciplines is ideal
- A strong ability to perform end-to-end marketing management projects, including agency/supplier management tasks.
- Ability to display strong stakeholder management skills, dealing with complex audiences, multiple products, and brands
- Understanding of omni and/or digital channel marketing including campaigns, EDMs and social media
- MUST be flexible to work from a South West office 2-3 days a week
