An extremely exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Marketing professional to join the Donesafe team based in Sydney. Reporting into the Global VP Marketing, you will sit as part of the international Sales and Marketing team and will be responsible for leading and executing the company's marketing strategy, including brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, and PR/Communications. You will drive the overall omnichannel success for the Donesafe Australia business unit, including management of the company website, e-commerce capability and demand generation activities including SEO & SEM. Whilst you will be required to develop strategic initiatives you will also be very tactical, actively engaging with the marketing team to move these initiatives forward through providing support with writing, design direction and project management to achieve the company's overall financial objectives.
To be successful in this role you ideally will bring a proven track record in a Marketing leadership role developed in a SaaS environment. Time spent in Private equity backed and/or international matrix structured organisation will also be highly advantageous. With core expertise across the full gamut of B2B marketing principals, you will be able to show that you can operate at a strategic level, whilst still being able to roll up your sleeves and get into the weeds with your team, executing on the marketing strategy. Your relationship management skills and ability to collaborate across an organisation will be key strengths, from understanding the needs of the salesperson through to the ability to interact with developers. Customer focussed and innovative in your approach, you will be comfortable driving and running a department with limited external partner support.
