About the Role
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for embedding an overarching marketing strategy to deliver against the business' core objectives while maintaining a strong commercial focus. You will build out a systemised and scalable approach to marketing, leading a strategic program of work. The successful candidate will lead a revitalised marketing function, with the remit of reviewing current processes and systems with a view to build out frameworks to drive economies of scale and efficiency. Engaging with a wide range of audiences (investors, tenants, commercial real estate agents, banks and colleagues), this role will focus on activity such as targeted acquisition, customer experience, brand reviews and campaign delivery. In conjunction with the "always on" strategy, this role will develop agile, tactical activity to ensure they are responsive to market changes, and can nimbly act to protect and retain customers, or activity grow their base as appropriate.

About You
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy senior marketing leader with 10+ years experience in strategically focused marketing roles. Although open to your industry background, experience with property, finance or professional services businesses would be highly advantageous. With deep experience in launching go-to-market plans and developing new propositions, you have multi-channel experience and love utilising customer insights to drive strategic outcomes. You have a track record in blending data-driven marketing with creative flair to deliver memorable customer experiences, always with an ROI front of mind. You have strong stakeholder management skills - you are at ease presenting to senior executives or regional counterparts, as you are with engaging with an external agency, or managing a high potential team to deliver. You will be digitally savvy, resourceful and entrepreneurial in style.
