    About the role

    The role of the Marketing Manager of the Marine division supports the Global Marketing VP in delivering the marketing strategy and plan to target commercial growth within the region. Also, to engage with key internal and external stakeholders to target brand and reputation building and lead marketing campaigns aligned to regional businesses, company, and Group Marketing objectives. This role will also require you to:

    • Track campaign performance, set KPIs, manage day to day budget of campaign spend and review the ROI to inform.
    • Be the point of contact for the global, regional and local projects related to Marine Marketing APAC.
    • Planning and execution of trade shows and be responsible for providing support at regular trade show events and conferences.
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns both for B2B and B2C channels and providing input into strategy and plans via regular global meetings are critical.
    • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust EDM and advertising campaigns accordingly.
    • Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities and create and implement the Marine APAC marketing plan, in-line with corporate goals.
    • Execute product marketing campaigns relevant in Marine APAC region, in line with the global marine marketing plan and Marine APAC assortment.
    • Management of the Marine APAC marketing budget.
    • Support the marketing team in defining the influencer plan and executing on requirements for activation including placing product order.
    • Analyse social trends and content metrics and report out to broader team both locally and globally.
    • Regular reporting on all communication metrics, including forecasting of content and performance. Providing input into strategy and plans via regular global meetings are critical.

    • Passion for the outdoors lifestyle, activities or sports or similar
    • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills required with the ability to engage with external and internal stakeholders at all levels.
    • Sophisticated success in creating written and oral content with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
    • Understanding and experience of working within a global organisation
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders - both internal and external
    • Advanced understanding of affiliate marketing, content management and relevant reporting systems
    • Ability to research, develop and edit material for a wide range of mediums
    • Driven by an entrepreneurial and journalistic spirit; willing to tackle new challenges and take initiative
    • Ability to work under pressure and close deadlines
