Our client is a global FMCG business which produces high quality products across a suite of household name brands. The business is going from strength to strength which is reflected in their strong investment in the future success through the delivery of new innovation to market as well as investing into TTL marketing campaigns. Due to a maternity leave cover, there is an opportunity to join the business in a 12-14 month contract role.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to lead the implementation of the Masterbrand strategy across a key brand for the organisation which plays across multiple categories. You will have the opportunity to implement the existing brand strategy, working closely with agency partners to influence and execute major brand campaigns with the focus on driving brand positioning, equity and awareness. You will also support across a packaging refresh project and launching new NPD into the market.
You will also manage a Brand Manager in the role, with the view to add an additional head to the team.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in relevant space eg. Marketing
- Prior experience operating within a 360 Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager level with FMCG
- Experience with leading end to end NPD projects via stage gate
- Experience with leading brand refresh projects
- Brand and communications strategy development experience
- Prior experience with people management and project leadership roles
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
You will be a passionate, energetic, driven and enthusiastic Marketing Manager who is analytically and commercially minded. You will have a proactive nature and will be comfortable working with a cross functional team environment and acting as a project lead. You will have exceptional planning and organisational skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively within a fast paced and dynamic team environment. You will be passionate about people leadership, coaching and mentoring and pride yourself on your strong communication and relationship building skills.
