About the business

Our client is a leading women's fashion wholesaler with over 40 years of industry experience. Their team of professionals offer a premium wholesale service supplying Australia and New Zealand with quality boutique brands. They are looking for an accomplished and dynamic Marketing Manager to head up their Marketing department.

The Role

The business is now looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to support the Founders of the business. This stand-alone role will be responsible for managing the marketing strategy, opportunity pipeline, market intelligence, and sales revenue across Australia and New Zealand.


B2B Marketing:

  • Develop marketing strategy for existing customers in order to maximise in-season sales (repeat business)
  • Develop strategy to target new customers (lead generation and set up sales funnel)
  • Daily management of SEO, SEM, EDM, Google analytics
  • Marketing support for our sales agents and customers
  • Run promotions to our database
  • Implementing new marketing strategies - stay up to date with what market leaders are doing and ensure we are always adopting the best marketing techniques
  • Setting up strategic partnerships with other businesses in the industry
  • Daily management of SEO, SEM, EDM, Google analytics


  • Ensure stock is displayed correctly online
  • Site testing and enhancements
  • Customer service & returns
  • Scheduling additional resources - descriptions, tagging, photoshoots etc
  • Tracking and reporting

Boutiques :

  • Ensuring shops are always fed with new stock
  • Track sales performance
  • Running promotions - bricks & mortar, and social media promotion

About you

  • Strong track record (4+ years) developing innovative and effective brand marketing plans
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks on time and to budget
  • Skilled in maximising customer value perception at every touchpoint
  • Proven success in delivering business growth and exceeding KPIs
  • A positive can-do attitude and collaborative approach
  • Degree qualified in a marketing/business-related discipline
  • Experience in managing creative processes
