Our client is a successful SME business with two growing, innovative and market leading, challenger brands. Well established in their current category, the business is undergoing an expansion plan into new adjacent categories, increasing usage and occasion with their consumer base.
There is an opportunity to step into a 360 Marketing Manager role, within a team of three in Marketing. The business is looking to strengthen their positioning in market as the number one brand within their segment of the better for you space and always exploring ways to increase its customer engagement and its ability to bring products to life, and as a result are looking for someone to drive, solidify and bolster the brands position in the market.
About the role
The role will see you report to the Managing Director and responsible for developing and implementing Masterbrand strategy including communications (digital and BTL led) for two brands.
This role will be best suited to a highly organised and innovative marketer with a strong passion for FMCG and NPD. You'll gain great exposure to a growing business, as well as be a part of a fast-moving and energetic team looking to lead a new way of product implementation and approach to innovation.
Additionally, you will lead the development of consumer insights through leading brand research / tracking to better understand product lifestyle and position in the market.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field eg. Marketing
- Prior FMCG experience at Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager / Marketing Manager level or similar.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, influence and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- A passion for the better for you space and experience working with challenger brands within the better for you space is ideal
- Prior people management experience with the ability to lead and develop direct reports
