Due to a maternity leave cover, there is an opportunity to join the business for a six month contract as a Marketing Manager.
About the role
The Marketing Manager will partner with the global team to localise and implement the 2020 marketing plan across both the retail and foodservice channels, with a strong focus on digital, trade shows and events to build brand awareness with new and existing consumers. You will work closely with agency partners and be responsible for management of the A+P budget.
Skills and experience
- Prior experience working within a similar role within FMCG / Consumer Goods or working agency side, partnering with FMCG / Consumer goods brands
- Well development end to end campaign management and project management skills
- Experience working with agency partners
- A+P management experience
You will be a proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude who enjoys working within a small, start-up style team environment with the ability to adapt to change. You will be commercially minded in your approach with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment. You will pride yourself on your communication, relationship building and influence skills. You will also be comfortable managing multiple projects from strategy through to implementation within a lean environment.
