About the Role
Leading a team of two, you will package up and market existing products and services to the member base, delivering growth across the portfolio to on-sell and upsell various products and services along the customer journey. You will work with your team to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing programmes, drive revenue and uptake, developing deep insights to understand customer needs to position offerings at the relevant stage of the customer journey.
Ensuring ROI is front of mind, you will blend data-driven marketing to deliver a memorable customer experience and work closely with peers to deliver on the acquisition and retention goals for target segments, leveraging internal sales teams and looking outside the traditional channels for growth.
You operate at a senior level and demonstrate strategic thinking - yet equally happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. You will be used to operating in a nimble environment, working at pace and working closely with leadership teams and key stakeholders to sell ideas and concepts succinctly.
Digitally savvy, you will bring a strong background in go-to-market product and services marketing to an existing customer base, including campaign development, marketing automation and customer journey mapping. You are a natural born leader with proven direct line management experience, building high performing, engaged and collaborative teams.
