DeakinCo. operated substantially in the B2B market (currently approx. 90% of business), with growth required in both B2B and B2C spaces. We operate in Australia and India, with a view to wider expansion in the Indo-Pacific region in coming years.
Reporting to the Head of Product and the COO, the Marketing Manager role will conceptualise and deliver a multi-channel, integrated marketing strategy which will build brand presence and support the growth of the organisation. Delivering end to end campaigns which focus on the acquisition of new business, the Marketing Manager will also develop and drive the digital strategy across social media platforms, SEO and SEM, in addition to managing data and insights from the CRM. This role will be responsible for positioning DeakinCo. as the thought leader and innovator in workplace capability development and transformation.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or related fields
- Extensive end to end integrated campaign experience
- The ability to develop and deliver marketing and social media strategies
- Proven track record in positioning brands in competitive markets with tangible results
- Website management including redevelopment (project management)
- A thirst for using data and insights to develop marketing strategy
- Exceptional content development and communications skills
- The confidence to liaise with stakeholders and customers at all levels
- Budget management experience
