Highly trusted within this space, this business works directly with farmers and agronomists to help improve yields, reduce costs and deliver better environmental outcomes. They collect, curate and interpret spatial soil data that leads to the provision of spatial application solutions delivered directly to the cab of their customer's machinery.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, this newly created role is responsible for embedding a robust marketing and communications strategy to support a number of key audiences including core operating units, customers and other stakeholders, research and commercial partners. Working closely with the Sales team. you will lead and develop the strategic go-to-market activity to deliver growth across the fragmented market. This will include delivery of both online and offline marketing activities - including a social media strategic review, events execution, loyalty / referral and ambassador program management and collateral execution. Working closely with the Sales team, you will drive the content strategy, including the development of testimonials, case studies and white papers to further position this company as a thought leader in market.
This role is head quartered in Ballarat, however flexible work arrangements are available. The successful candidate must be available to travel to Ballarat 1-2 times a week.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy senior marketing leader in strategically focused marketing role. Although open to your industry background, passion and knowledge of the agricultural / land industry would be highly advantageous. With deep experience in launching go-to-market plans and developing new products, you have multi-channel experience and love utilising customer insights to drive strategic outcomes. As an excellent communicator, you have a track record in delivering exceptional written content and are adept at translating technical jargon into customer-friendly bite sized text. You will thrive in a fast paced, transforming environment where bureaucracy will not hold you back. You are ready to make a measurable impact to an organization - fast.
