With the evolution of high-profile partnerships and site expansions they are leading a step change in their head office and currently looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to lead their ANZ fleet.

About the role

As the Marketing Manager this an integral and Executive lead position, sitting as part of the Senior Leadership team you will lead a team of 3, and report into the CEO. This role leads the marketing channel across Australia, you will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency and engaging strategies, creating engaging local area marketing to increase awareness and affinity with consumers. As the communication lead, you'll be working closely with franchise owners, retail teams, executives and business owners to ensure brand strategy alignment. Leading the delivery of promotions, campaigns, POS, digital and social content.

With the retail changes and more agile shopping, this business are set for an online transformation and shopping experience. This role will see you develop and roll out national plans and promotions to launch a new to market journey for customers to enquire, purchase & tailor their sale online! You will utilise your online and digitally savvy experience to really bring the brand to life through an outstanding customer journey and website development.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven success as a Trade Marketing or Marketing Manager within a retail or franchise site environment is essential

  • Strong understanding of Australian marketing and brand management principles

  • Proven experience of working of local area marketing from concept to delivery using both ATL/BTL strategies

  • Strengths in negotiating and building compelling business cases to key stakeholders

  • Experience managing and developing websites, digital content & campaigns

  • Proven success leading high performing marketing teams

  • An outside the box, analytical & commercially acute with an enjoyment for challenging the status quo

  • Experience or a high personal passion within the automotive space is highly regarded

  • Flexibility to work in South West Sydney
