About the Role
As Marketing Manager for this portfolio, you will be responsible for embedding a robust acquisition strategy within a market which is undergoing somewhat of a renaissance given current pandemic challenges. You will lead and develop the strategic go-to-market activity to deliver targeted acquisition (both "always on" and tactical activity) across a strategically valuable portfolio. You will have a proven track record as a strategic marketer with outstanding digital experience, with full accountability for the development, delivery and optimisation of the acquisition strategy and activity across all channels (digital and traditional methods). With the core focus being on driving new sales, you will be heavily entrenched in the data to understand potential opportunities and utilise these insights to develop new campaigns. You will be challenged in this role, and be expected to challenge others. Working in a fast paced environment, this business uses agile methodology and has rigour around how performance is measured on an ongoing basis.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy senior marketing leader with 10+ years experience across the B2B landscape. Although open to your industry background, experience across financial services, membership based organisations or alternatively within a start-up type environment would be advantageous. You will act as the subject matter expert for this business vertical and work closely with numerous internal stakeholders to ensure you develop winning propositions which resonate with the end customer. With deep experience in launching go-to-market plans and developing creative propositions to deliver targeted acquisition growth, you have multi-channel experience and love utilising customer insights to drive strategic outcomes. You are nimble, driven and charismatic, highly commercial, and looking for an exciting and fast paced environment to showcase your ability. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self driven and are a natural born leader and mentor.
