About the role

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development of consumer-led marketing plans and campaigns across the full marketing mix with a strong emphasis of brand segmentation to consumer needs. The role has a strong focus on the domestic market through key retailers such as Coles, Woolworths, Aldi and Costco but will also support on the expansion plans for export.

Within the role, there is a key focus on BTL retail activations, social media and digital marketing with an end goal to drive brand awareness and penetration (sales). There will also be an emphasis on innovation and opportunities for growth, as well as providing new product development strategies on new and existing packaging formats, value added and new fruit varietal brands.

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager role
  • Degree qualification in Marketing or business-related discipline
  • Prior experience working on brands and products within FMCG
  • Grocery experience is a must
  • Strong knowledge of New Product Development, Project Management and Stage-Gate processes
  • Commercially minded and consumer centric marketer
  • Demonstrated leadership with strong commercial ability.
