The business is exploring ways to increase its customer engagement and awareness through new product development, and as a result have created a role which will solidify and further strengthen the brands position in the market.
About the role
The role will see you report to the Marketing Director and responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project management of new product implementation to market. You will act as a the NPD project lead, facilitating weekly meetings, as well as be a conduit between Supply Chain and Marketing for development, trial and launch of new products. In addition, provide macro insights and trends looking into local and global markets whilst providing insightful, relevant, and timely reporting around product & category performance.
This role will be best suited to a highly organised and innovative Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager with a strong passion for QSR and food. You'll gain great exposure to an exceptional and successful national brand, as well as be a part of a fast-moving and nimble team looking to lead a new way of thinking, implement new process and ways of working and approach to innovation.
Additionally, you will lead the development of consumer insights through leading brand research / tracking and NPS to better understand consumer behaviour.
Skills & Experience
- Prior experience at a Senior Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, Innovation Manager or NPD Manager (or similar) within the QSR or FMCG space
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management across all organizational levels, including senior and cross functional stakeholders
- Effectively planning and managing of multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong NPD / Innovation experience with a project management focus is strongly desirable
- Experience in deriving insights and providing recommendations
