About the Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will have the impact to truly make a mark on the business and support their continued growth and success in market and build brand awareness.
This varied and diverse role will ensure that no two days are the same, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute a multi-channel marketing plan including promotions, trade marketing, brand campaigns, local area marketing, activations, sponsorships, new store openings and digital marketing.
Additionally, you will lead continued development of the food and beverage offering, working closely with existing suppliers and identifying new unique and local suppliers to partner with.
You will also be responsible for management of a Marketing Coordiantor, which you will have the opportunity to recruit once stepping into the role.
Please note: regular (fortnightly) travel to regional areas of Victoria and NSW will be required for the successful applicant in this role, as a result a fully maintained car will make up part of the salary package but a full drivers licence will be required in order to be considered.
Key Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Prior experience operating at a Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager level ideally within retail, P+C, QSR or FMCG / Consumer Goods
- Experience with partnering closely with agencies to lead content and collateral development and campaigns
- Experience with launching new retail locations - managing fit outs and design as well as refurbishments
