About the Role
Reporting into the Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Performance, this role is a highly visible, hands on position managing two senior search associates. Operating in a highly competitive sector with constant disruptors, this organisation needs to be at the top of its game to maintain its #1 position in market. You will drive a "best in class" search function and use a data-led approach to developing strategies. With significant budget management, this role is responsible for building and delivering the search strategy across multiple business units. You will utilise your strategic approach to develop effective search bid strategies and attribution models within platforms such as Google Search Ads 360 and DoubleClick Search, and also focus on driving loyal traffic to the relevant digital touchpoint.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy senior marketer with deep experience in search from both a strategic and execution standpoint. You will have a truly innovative approach to digital marketing, and you thrive in a "test and learn" environment with the status quo is constantly being challenged. You will be laser focused in measuring performance, are comfortable managing through ambiguity and can managing competing priorities effectively. You have a strong track record as a well respected people leader and have a passion for mentoring others to success, along with outstanding stakeholder management skills and have the ability to influence others.
