Due to continued growth within the team, there is the opportunity to join the business in a newly created role as a Marketing Projects Manager.

About the role

Reporting into the Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Projects Manager will be responsible for working with the Marketing and Sales teams to lead the development of both online and offline assets and collateral for product launches and both promotional and brand campaigns. You will lead the briefing process with key stakeholders and work alongside external suppliers, negotiating and developing project time lines and acting as the project manager to ensure assets are delivered on time and on brief.

Key Skills + Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field eg. Marketing
  • Prior experience either client or agency side with the development of marketing assets, collateral and content for both online and offline channels
  • Experience managing creative teams, agency partners + external suppliers
  • Experience working with project management software is ideal
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • A passion for the health and wellness +/or health and beauty space
