An exciting Marketing specialist role has just become available to join a prestigious professional services company based in Sydney CBD. You will drive their digital marketing strategies from beginning to end and responsible for the succession of the implementation. You will also be responsible for their performance campaign tracking and analysis to provide insights to the management for any improvements.

About the role
They are looking for a talented Marketing specialist who can optimise their marketing strategies including digital to achieve desirable outcomes. This role will be reporting into the Marketing manager.


  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Provide strategies in creating effective content that align to the business objectives and brand
  • Produce creative copy writing content to attract targeted audience
  • CRM database management to ensure the effectiveness of targeted audience on every campaigns
  • Responsible for the company's strong positive brand throughout all marketing and digital touchpoints from copy, creative, content and giving the right guidance on audience targeting
  • Lead marketing initiatives across business functions to ensure alignment with company priorities and strategy
  • Provide strategic technical support and working closely with marketing team to improve marketing capabilities such as integrations, CRM, template redesign or changing tools when needed
  • Measure and provide report on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for the daily management and the creation of content on different digital multi-channel platforms including SEO, SEM, EDM, Google analytics
  • Drive and produce insights to improve their digital marketing presence and future
  • Support CRM strategy by managing daily/ weekly data tasks and monitoring data

About you

  • Ideally tertiary degree in marketing or similar
  • Min 4 year' experience in campaign/ marketing executive role
  • A proven track of record to end-to-end digital campaigns management is a MUST
  • In depth experience in using CRM databases as well as e-marketing software
  • Strong understanding of CMS platforms, social media monitoring platforms and online web development
  • Excellent copywriting skills in creating creative and engaging content
  • Excellent data analytics skill with deep understanding of Australia media landscape
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Team player and able to work with cross functional team
  • Excellent teamwork to influence people and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and excellent stakeholder management skills
