Our client is a global beauty business who own market leading brands within the health and wellness space. Previously operating within Australian under a distribution agreement, they are now looking to launch an Australian based office and are building a team locally. They pride themselves on their premium quality products and believe in building beauty from the inside out. We are currently looking for a Medical Sales Representative that will be integral for the credibility and understanding of the company's brands within the marketplace.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for creating relevance & salience of the brands within the medical communities including Dermatologists and Paediatricians. You will also be responsible for training of Pharmacists and Beauty Advisors within the pharmacy retail chain.
Skills & Experience
- Must have a Valid Drivers License and clean Driving Record
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience in educating or influencing targeted customers
- Strong financial acumen and problem-solving ability
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- You will have the ability to work autonomously as well as be part of a collaborative team
- Strong communications skills
You will be a passionate, driven and professional who takes pride in the brand and understands the science behind the products. You will pride yourself on your integrity, influence, communication and relationship building abilities.
You will enjoy having a strong level of ownership and autonomy in your role as well as being comfortable to work cross functionally within a tight knit, team-oriented, supportive environment. You will thrive within a dynamic and fast paced environment, where no two days are the same, thanks to your well-developed project management and organisational skills and solid attention to detail.
