About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Retention, this key leadership role will be responsible for the ongoing development, execution and optimisation of the customer lifecycle strategy to drive improved customer engagement and retention. Managing a small team, you will utilise your deep experience in customer insights to develop 1:1 personalised strategies to improve the customer experience and look to continually optimise this journey. As a strong technical marketer, you will have a depth of experience across sophisticated customer segmentation, solving customer pain points, and ultimately be able to effectively seek opportunities to create a loyal customer base. You have outstanding stakeholder management skills, and will be working with the broader marketing team and other including Technology, Data, CX, Content & Social and Product to deliver engaging campaigns that support the customer.
You are a degree qualified, digitally savvy senior marketer with experience across the services landscape. You understand CRM systems back to front, are genuinely passionate about improving the customer experience, and have strong digital and direct marketing experience. You are a hybrid between being an expert in sound communications, creative campaign development and uncovering customer insights through data. You are driven and charismatic, highly commercial, and looking for an exciting and fast paced environment to showcase your ability. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self driven and are a natural born leader and mentor.
