About the Role

The role will suit somebody who is an Account Executive or Sales/Category Analyst who has strong experience supporting internal teams. As part of high performing, small team, you will have access and be able to add impact to the entire business. This role will keep you on your toes with plenty of variety supporting TWO National Business Managers on the two largest accounts for Coles AND Woolworths. You will be responsible for creating reports, revising store planograms, promotional plans on the portfolio performance to support sales growth. A smaller portion of your role will also give you exposure to lead a group of Independent MSO in a customer facing position. This muti-hatted role will see you diving into data to pull insights and recommendations. Creating actionable plans + presentations to influence key decision makers.

About You

You love the speed of FMCG and seeing your ideas and insights come to life, but you are also a perfectionist and enjoy organising information in the most efficient way and making the jobs of others around you that little bit easier! You're more than likely coming out of food, beverage or alcohol and love information! We're not just talking about a sales report here and there, we are talking about having full access to all channels and being able to make impactful plans to drive success! Key Responsibilities

  • Support two National Business Managers on Coles + Woolworths
  • Lead customer and sales performance reporting
  • Derive actionable insights and business recommendations
  • Lead key projects and customer facing activities with independents MSO's

Skills & Experience

  • Experience as an Account Executive, Category Executive, Sales Analyst or similar.
  • Success in an FMCG environment is a MUST
  • Advanced capability using Aztec/Quantium/Panel data to create actionable insights
  • A whizz using Excel + Power BI
  • Planogram creation using Spaceman or Apollo is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Team Player, with a cool, calm vibe to align to this funky biz!
