They are establishing themselves even more in a market that they are already renowned in, and are continuing to establish confidence and building out their products.

About the role

Reporting through the General Manager, you will be one of the first hires to help scale the business at pace and lay the foundations for the growth of the sales function. You will not only need to manage existing accounts, consisting of larger retail channels, but this role will also require you to procure new business, in particular B2B and independent stores, and grow those accounts.

Your day to day will be varied from winning new business, continuing to service and build the existing customer base, sourcing new channels to sell into and even shooting new promo videos (if you are comfortable in front of the camera).

You will be a natural born storyteller with a passion to educate and excite those around you, ensuring excellence in the delivery of sales & promotional strategies. Working with the wider business you will represent the brand as an ambassador and storyteller where you will execute key marketing initiatives.

The ideal successful candidate will have experience or an understanding in different channels to sell into.

Demonstrated ability to self-manage, schedule effectively, and maintain and manage customers via a CRM.
