They have a culture committed to bringing quality products to market, accompanied with continuous investment within new product development, which now as a result, they are looking to bring on an energetic and enthusiastic Account Manager in Melbourne.
About the role
Reporting to directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for manage the Beverages portfolio within Grocery & other key retailers. You will be tasked with developing strategic account plans in line with company growth targets, execute promotional activity, own the category review process and play a key project role in new product launches. Given the business manufactures locally, this role will be instrumental in NPD pipeline and innovations projects, which will contribute to the growth objectives for the wider business.
This role would suit someone who has worked in a growing and emerging FMCG business who understands the complexities of local manufacturing, and what it takes to take a business to the next level.
Skills & Experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as a National Account Manager from within the FMCG industry, specifically within the grocery channel. You will possess a high level of commercial acumen, project management and a strong eye for detail. You will have infectious energetic attitude towards your work, have a natural ability to challenge the status quo and thrive off working in fast paced environment.
