About the role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing Kmart, one of their largest account across their entire portfolio of products, as well as Big W. You will be required to develop key account plans to drive distribution and brand growth, accompanied with developing promotional programs, analysing market and category data to identify opportunities, as well as managing tradespend and budgets. Working with the wider business, you will also adopt key category management principles to optimize opportunity for the business.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as either a National Account Executive or National Account Manager from within the FMCG / consumer goods industry, ideally within the DDS channel (Target, Kmart, BIG W). Degree qualified, you will possess a high level of financial and commercial acumen, accompanied with strong negotiation skills. You will be a natural driven, adaptable and motivated team player, and thrive off working in an entrepreneurial environment.
