Their customer partnerships are envied by most, and there is now a huge opportunity for a National Account Manager to step in and manage their number 1 retailer.
About the role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this creative National Account Manager role will be responsible for managing BIG W across four major categories. You will develop and maintain the partnership with the Buyers, which will also include managing all range reviews, customer planning, category / product initiatives, as well as managing all trade spend and forecasting. This role is required to work collaboratively with the customer marketing and insights team, driving actionable category initiatives and to provide market insight to drive customer growth.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated National Account Management experience from within the FMCG industry, ideally from within Mass Retail and/or Corporate Grocery. Ideally degree qualified, you commercial and financial acumen will be of an extremely high standard, and you will have demonstrated experience in utilising insights & category data to support your previous sales experience. This role would suit someone who wants to have fun at work, every day, all the time!
