After a year of significant growth and internal promotions, they are on the hunt for a talented Grocery specialist National Account Manager to support them on their journey to provide healthy and sustainable products to their loyal consumers.

About the role


Reporting to the Head of Grocery and as a nimble sales team of 5, the National Account Manager is a broad role, responsible two exciting accounts with Coles & Costco. Coles is the #1 account business wide and 40% total revenue. In this customer facing role you will lead exciting plans with this JBP customer including category expansion, strategy days, range reviews + repositioning during a significant growth channel phase. CostCo is a huge opportunity account and something you can really dig your teeth into and apply your account knowledge to get create. You will have autonomy in this fast-paced environment to develop account plans and deliver the highest level of customer experience.



Duties

  • National account management of Coles & Costco
  • Management of a niche and growing portfolio in a 'better for you' category
  • Strategic business planning
  • Category analysis + reporting
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Be part of a nimble team with the ability to go above and beyond your role

Skills & Experience

Success in this role will come from 1-2 years demonstrated experience as a National Account Manager, you have experience managing Coles or Woolworths. You are analytically minded with an enjoyment for a blended roles between sales and category with a knack for building actionable insights. You thrive working in a fast, accountable & fun environment where 'no day is the same'. Last but not means least you are passionate about going that extra mile with your team to build a healthy & happier planet.
