About the role

Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, this business-critical role will be responsible for managing Coles & Costco. Your core responsibilities will include all facets of joint business planning, including the development of promotional activity, trading term negotiations and range reviews, with the objective to deliver beyond sales and revenue margin targets. As an expert in the market you will be across all competitor activity and performance, where you will report back to the wider business on potential new business opportunities. What is unique about this role is also the opportunity to be actively involved in NPD & innovation projects.

Skills & experience

Success in this role will come from demonstrated FMCG National Account Management experience specifically within Coles and/or Woolworths. Ideally degree qualified, you will have strong commercial & financial acumen accompanied with an understanding of technical product management and food manufacturing. A proven track record in customer delivery and an ability to work in a fast paced environment is also required for this role.
