They have a company culture that is focused on flexibility and collaboration, and due to an internal shuffle, they are looking for a National Account Manager in Melbourne.
About the role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing Coles and a portfolio of E-Commerce customers such as Amazon. You will be required to develop strategic business plans to drive distribution and brand growth, accompanied with developing promotional programs, analysing market and category data to identify opportunities, as well as managing tradespend and budgets. Working with the wider business, you will also adopt key category management principles to optimize opportunity for the business, whilst also leveraging new product initiatives from both the global and local market.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated National Account Management experience from within the FMCG industry, ideally within grocery. Given the focus on e-commerce, experience working in a business with an online presence will be advantageous, to ensure you can adapt to the complexities of the channel. Ideally degree qualified, you will have exceptional commercial & financial acumen, be naturally driven and adaptable, accompanied with being a team player.
