My client is an Australian success story in the FMCG industry who a range of branded and private label products throughout the grocery channel. Their brand is one with a loyal consumer following and they have continued to go from strength to strength with NPD pipeline consistently being invested in. As a business they flourished through COVID and as a result, are now looking to bring in a new sales gun!

About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for managing the branded portfolio across Coles & Woolworths. This role will have full responsibility of JBP, trade spend negotiations and promotional planning, and will play an active role in delivering NPD pipeline and driving new business objectives. Being a smaller team, this role will take the lead on developing category growth drivers utilising a range of insights and data, and also be instrumental in developing best practice category plans.

Skills & experience

Success in this role will come from National Account Management experience from within the FMCG industry, where you have managed either Coles or Woolworths. Analytical skills will be a key strength accompanied with commercial acumen, where you will be able to demonstrate success in driving customer growth.
