They have a company culture that is focused on flexibility and collaboration, and due to an internal shuffle, they are looking for a National Account Manager for their Grocery team.
About the role
Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the total Grocery portfolio (Coles, WW) across the total product portfolio. You will be required to develop strategic business plans to drive distribution and brand growth, accompanied with developing promotional programs, analysing market and category data to identify opportunities, as well as managing your own budget. Working with the wider business, you will also adopt key category management principles to optimize opportunity for the business, whilst also leveraging new product initiatives from both the global and local market. This role also has a Key Account Manager (Indies) reporting into it.
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated National Account Management experience from within the FMCG / consumer goods industry, specifically within the grocery channel. Ideally degree qualified, you will have exceptional commercial & financial acumen, be naturally driven and adaptable, and have a genuine passion for what you do! This role is poised to develop quickly into a leadership role, and would suit someone who has a desire for this in their career.
**Please note this is an initial 8-month fixed term contract kicking off in January 2022 with a view to goi to permanent**
