About the role
Having enjoyed a period of significant growth over the past 12 months, there is now an opportunity for a National Account Manager to join their e-commerce team. Reporting to the National Business Manager this role will be responsible for managing the E-Commerce Retailer (pure player or e-retailer) from P&L management, supply chain to e-merchandising. Core functions of this role will include all key areas of National Account Management encompassing development and implementation of strategic business sales plans, promotional planning, trade spend, and driving online presence.
- Relationship development with new and existing retail customers
- Development and implementation of joint business plans and customer strategy
- Management of promotional engineering and trade investment
- Taking the lead on progressive and modern customer and category development
Skills & Experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as either a National Account Executive or National Account Manager from within the FMCG / consumer goods industry, ideally with exposure to e-commerce accounts (online retailers, pure players, Amazon etc). Ideally degree qualified, you will have a charismatic and motivating personality with a high level of attention to detail and organisation skills. This role would suit someone who has a strong interest in the digital and online world.
