My client is a global FMCG company with some of the fastest growing snack brands in Australia. Hugely popular across Asia and America, they successfully launched in Australia within the "Better For You" snacking category, disrupting the market in a fun and tasty way. Driven by a team of passionate individuals who work closely to develop, sell, and market their brands and are backed by a multi-national, listed organisation. My client's culture is defined by innovation, growth mindset, agility and entrepreneurism with a high level of accountability and they are looking for a National Account Manager to join their Melbourne based team.

The role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the scope of this role will encompass all key areas of National Account Management encompassing development and implementation of strategic business sales plans, promotional programs, alongside developing key category plans based on insightsto drive market share whilst expanding into new categories. We are looking for someone who has taken the lead on progressive and modern customer engagement and category development. This role, excitingly, will also require international travel.

Experience required

This is a role for an experienced National Account Manager, ideally with experience in corporate grocery. The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified, worked with IRI, Nielsen or Quantium data and have experience working collaboratively with various departments to deliver on customer plans. Experience working in an agile, entrepreneurial organisation will be highly regarded, as will a "can do" attitude and results oriented mindset.
