About the role

Reporting to the GM - Sales This role will be focused on delivering first class account management to key grocery customers (Coles and Woolworths). You will be responsible for delivering customer plans, leveraging category insights, presenting new products and brand campaigns as well as joint business planning to deliver mutually beneficial growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and managing effective promotional programs alongside implementing pricing strategies to drive sales and margin targets. This role will also see you responsible for preparing and presenting quarterly business reviews for nominated accounts that identifies drivers of performance and recommendations for key growth opportunities.

Skills & experience

To successfully secure this role, you will be a highly experienced National Account Executive or junior National Account Manager within an FMCG or consumer goods business managing grocery accounts for premium brands. You will strong customer engagement and negotiation abilities alongside exceptional stakeholder influencing skills within your organisation. You love analysing data to identify key opportunities to support growth opportunities and performance improvements. You will be a passionate and motivated sales professional who thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast paced environment.
