The business is now focusing significantly on their HORECA & Foodservice channel which has resulted in an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager in Melbourne.
About the role
Reporting to the National Business Manager., the National Account Manager will be responsible for managing a Foodservice & HORECA customer portfolio consisting of Foodservice Distributors (PFD, Bidfood, Countrywide) whilst also focusing on hospitality, cafes and restaurants. You will be tasked with solution-based selling, where you will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver robust business plans, trading terms and new product initiatives, whilst also uncovering new opportunities for business. The business has aggressive growth plans in place and there is a huge opportunity for someone to come in and make their mark quickly!
Skills & experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated State / Key Account Management or National Account Management experience from within the FMCG industry, ideally having managed foodservice or HORECA based customers. Ideally tertiary qualified, you will posses a high level of commercial and financial acumen accompanied with a willingness to take initiative on personal and professional growth initiatives. An ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment will see you succeed in this role.
