About the role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for riving a profitable relationship with your portfolio of retail and E-Commerce accounts (Amazon). This role will have full customer management responsibility, including account planning, promotional development, range reviews and introducing new product lines in accordance with their product calendar. You will also be tasked with category planning, where you will utilise category insights to take retailers on a journey!

Unique to this role is the focus on e-commerce, where you will partner with local and global stakeholders to understand trends in order to and develop a unique customer experience!

Skills & experience

Success in this role will come from experience as either a Senior National Account Executive or National Account Manager from within the FMCG or consumer goods industry. Degree qualified, you will have had exposure / managed DDS accounts such as Target, Kmart, BIG W or Toy related customers and be able to demonstrate an understanding of category management and how to connect it to customer planning.

Experience in managing and/or an understanding of the e-commerce channel will be highly advantageous!
