They have a culture committed to bringing quality products to market, accompanied with continuous investment within new product development, which now as a result, they are looking to bring on an energetic and enthusiastic Account Manager based in Melbourne.
About the role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will see you driving growth throughout Woolworths nationally. You will be tasked with developing strategic account plans in line with company growth targets, execute promotional activity, own the category review process and play a key project role in new product launches. Other duties include:
- Own the relationship with key buyers at Woolworths
- Develop efficient and effective promotional programs
- Control the budget and forecasting process
Skills & Experience
Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as a National Account Manager or Senior National Account Executive from within the FMCG or retail industry. Degree qualified, you will possess a high level of commercial acumen, project management and a strong eye for detail. You will have infectious energetic attitude towards your work and thrive off working in fast paced environment. Exposure to systems such as IRI or Nielsen will be advantageous.
