A senior level opportunity has become available leading the team for a corporate grocery customer on a highly strategic and crucial partnership account. This is a role for an accomplished National Business Manager that is looking for a career leveraging opportunity in a company that values career and talent development.
This position, reporting directly to the Sales Director will take complete ownership of the strategic management of a key grocery partner whilst leading a team of account managers and support. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of joint value propositions that drive growth, further cement category captaincy and deliver to the commercial goals of the overall business. Across all aspects of the customer you will ensure category engagement and collaboration, leading the team to foster effective partnerships for all touch points of the account.
This is a role for an experienced National Business Manager with high level grocery account management and team leadership experience. It is essential that you have demonstrated experience with Coles or WW, that you can display strategic agility, courageous leadership and a progressive category mindset.
